Tuli juhlittua, treenattua ja sekoiltua oikein huolella ympäri Pohjois - Karjalaa :D
Perjantaina meillä oli oppilaskunnanhallituksen ryhmäytyminen Ilomantsissa, ilta sisälsi kokouksen lisäksi hyvää ruokaa, karaokea, saunomista ja kaikenlaista sekoilua kesti aina aamu 8:saan asti... ainakin minulla :D

Lauantaina taas oli Okun nykytanssi oppilaiden päättärit. Oli muuten älyttömän päräyttäviä tanssei koko viikon Wanhan Kaivoksen lavalla joka sitten lauantai iltana pyhitettiin bileille minne Teatteri ja esitystekniikan hemmon hoiti valot ja äänet sun muut härpäkkeet mitä kunnon juhlimiseen tarttee.
Vähän kyllä harmittaa ku yks ystävä valmistu ja lähti takas Liettuaan mistä oli tullu tänne maalle tanssimaan, mutta onpa syy taas lähteä vaikka kesällä reissuun.

Mutta nyt takas miksauspöydän ääreen työstämään nine inch nailssin onlya.

Vallan pääsi kesällä unohtumaan koko bloggaaminen oli niin älytön kiirus. Ajattelin että nyt olis taas hyvä aika jatkaa kirjottelua...

Vaikee alottaa ku on niin paljon tapahtunu ja jäänyt tapahtumatta.
Kesä oli ja meni, treenaamaan en kerennyt koska työt (10 - 13 tuntisia päiviä) vei isosti aikaa. Pakko myöntää että ei siinä paljoa treeniä kaivannut kun olin töissä raksalla, ihan sama melkeen mitä tankkas ni paino vaan laski.
Viikko sitten 89kg. Nyt olen aloittanut taas treenin 3 - 4 kertaa viikkoon salia ja 1 - 3 kertaa uintia
sekä 6 kilsaa hyötyliikuntaa kun kävelee kouluun ja takas.


Koulu on luistanut ihan ok, kuulun oppilaskunnan hallitukseen tätä nykyä sekä PYRO:on joka on koko Pohjois-Karjalan oppilaskunnan hallitus. Kaverit on vitsailleet että oon meijän koulun Alexander Stubb! :D
Tänään alkoi eka aktiviteetti, mentiin pyron possella Amarilloon syömään ja mähän muuten läskeilin ihan täysii koko raflan isoin burgeri tottakai! Noh pakko myöntää että ei ole nälättäny vielä ja syötiin joskus ennen neljää. :D  Nyt vietellään tässä rauhallista ideariihi viikonloppua rantamökillä hyvässä jengissä, käy mulle
vallan mainiosti eikä haittaa palaakaan että tää homma on alkoholiton. Iltaan kuulu lyhyt ja ytimekäs kokous jonka jälkeen miehet meni saunaan siitä sitten alko armoton mässyjen tankkaus ja 4 tunnin singstar sessio, meitsi uskals jopa laulaa.
Jännä juttu toi laulaminen kun se ei oikeen lähe... musta tulee hirveän esiintymis kammonen ihminen jos joudun laulamaan yksin, mutta kitaraa taas voi soittaa vaikka minkälaisen porukan edessä eikä hirveesti rupee lapanen hikoilemaan. Pikkasen hävettää myöntää että en edes muista kaikkien nimiä vielä vaikka meitä ei ole ku minä 6 muuta. 

Ens viikolla mulla on koulua tasan yhtenä päivänä torstaina kello 0900 - 1000 ku meen tekemään näytön tän hetken osaamisesta, uskon sen menevän todella hyvin tai toivon ainakin! Koko ens viikko jännitää ihan älyttömästi mä kun hetken mielijohteesta hain Intiaan vaihtoon kuukaudes. Olis kyllä niin siistii jos mut valittais siihen jengii joka lähtee sinne, reissu tapahtuis ensi keväänä ja kestäis kuukauden mikä parasta tossa on ni koulun piikkii menis matka ja majotus. Kohteena olis siis Intian Mumbai ja bollywood elokuviin ääniä tekemään!

Voisin kirjotella niin paljon tänne kaikesta mitä on tapahtunut, mutta taidan tehdä sen pikkusen myöhemmin koska nyt olen kaverin koneella niin ei ole pääsyä kuviin sun muihin mitä vois tänne liittää.

Kesäloma on jo ovella... Tiedän sen siintä kun ei ole motia hirveesti reenata / istua koululla, tarkalleen ottaen sunnuntaina suhahdan vittuun täältä pariks kuukaudeks.

Nyt on rutistettu huolella tätä lyhyt elokuvaa tänään me saatiin se valmiiksi vihdoin! Taidampa laittaa teille jonkin näkösen version siintä tänne. Alkuperänen suunnitelma ei pitänyt ollenkaan jotenka idea vaihtui ja elokuvan plotti vaihtui... Tuli sellanen viinaan menevä sekoilu leffa, onneks ei tarttenu näytellä ku portsaria ja hoitaa osa ohjauksesta sekä editistä.

Salilla on tullu juostua sellasta 3-5 kertaa viikossa en ole kauheesti päivitelly tänne treenejä koska kiiretta on ollut ja ei ole ollu muuta asiaa siihen kylkeen... Ja jos totta puhutaan niin oon unohtanu pitää treenipäiväkirjaa :(
No mutta kesä on kohta joka tartkottaa mun osalla kovaa työn tekoa ja vielä kovempaa reenaamista.

Huh olipas hauska päivä näin kaiken kaikkiaan...
Aamu meni ihmetellessä ja kuvauskalustoa kerätessä ympäri koulua:

Kuvaaminen oli ihan mukavaa ja mulle napsahti ohjaajan nakki... harmittaa vähän että ei ollu mitää kunnon monitoria messissä mistä vois kattoo otokset, noh paikataan se huomenna.
Koko päivä siinä sitte meni ulkona t-paidassa ja shortseissa sekä arskat päässä.
Naama palo pikkasen josta sain palkinnoks hienot sankarajat tohon ohimolle. :D:D
Viel ois ensviikko tätä ja sitte alkaa tää kevät olemaan koulun osalta aikalailla paketissa joku musiikkiteknologian kurssi tässä ois vielä, odotan innolla että pääsee kuulemaan sen.

Huomenna ois tarkotus mennä aamusalille / saunaan koska illalla ei kerkee kuvausten takia ja päätettiin meijän production teamin kanssa että mennään koululle vasta lounaaks. :)

Olipas HC viikko tuo edellinen... Koulun risteilyä sun muuta suomen peliä etc etc. Keittoa tuli vedettyä reilusti normaalia enempi ja eilen sen vielä huomas. Tiedän seli seli seli aina vois olla pörisemättä, mutta ei siinä sen enempää.

Lauantaina tuli käytyy syömässä Italialaista Tiinan kanssa, aivan fantastinen mesta Ruusulankadulla Töölössä. Kyseessä on tosi autenttisen fiiliksen luova pieni rafla jossa kaikki tarjoilijat puhuu Italiaa keskenään ja on ulospäin suuntautuvia hölösuita kuin saappaan muotoisessa valtiossa on tapana. Minään romanttisena illallis mestana tuskin toimii koska intiimi mesta se ei ole. Ruoka oli todella maittavaa ja suhteellisen edukasta. Me vedettiin Bruschette leivät starttereiksi ja molemmat ottivat todella maukkaat pastat siihen päälle... Itsellä jäi vielä reippahasti pastaa lautaselle vaikka oli nälkä kun päästiin paikalle eli annos oli todella kookas.

Safkan päälle käytiin sitten kannustamassa Annaa HCR:ssä, tais Anna juosta sen ensikertalaiseksi aikaan ~2:20 ja maalissa oli tosi pirtee sekä harmitteli että alusta ois voinut vetää kovempaa. Noh ens vuonna sitte, eka kerta menee kokemuksen hankkimiseksi. :P
Tuli myös samalla luvattua osallistua kyseiseen juoksuun 2012 ja en todellakaan ole mikään matkan juoksija... Pikkasen päälle 170cm pituutta, painoa ~90kg ja jos totta puhutaan ni enemmän mua kiinnostaa toi salitouhu sekä kasvaminen. =)

Tänää sitte todella nohevasti kouluun takas missä meillä oli meidän uuden lyhärin pitchaus...
Ja koko päivä menikin sitte säkkituolissa maaten ja kahvia dokaten kun brainstormattiin screenplaytä.
Ideoita synty ihan liukuhihnalta elikkä oli ihan mielekäs päivä, huomenna pitäs tehdä viimeiset muutokset siihen ja alkaa kuvaamaan!

Salilla tuli vedettyy tänää ihan ok treeni, tissi, olkapää ja haukkari osastoa.
Tein penkin, viparit, tuettua hauiskääntöä, ristitaljassa takaolkapäät se on vähän ku pecdeck mut toiste päin todella vaikeeta selittä miten se toimii...

Mutta joo nyt on pudottava sänkyyn kattoo Generation Killin 2 vikaa jaksoa!

Jees tänää alotettiin siis kuvaa sitä filmiä koulussa, vituiksmän savolaisten oma supersankari pääs käymään...
7 Tuntia tukka putkella työstettyämme huomattiin että OHO Audio on vituillaan. Näyttely hommat oli oikeestaan ihan hauskaa vaikka reploja joutu improomaan koska käsis oli tehty hetkessä (Oscaria odotellessa). :D Se koulupäivä meni siis siihen. Video matskua voi kyllä käyttää, mutta äänet pitää tehä jälkkärissä hiphai ja hohhoh kiva homma saada huuli synkka kohalleen.

Huomenna ois lähtö Tukholmaan 30ekii makso Outokumpu - Turku - Tukholma - Turku - Outokumpu reissu ei ollu paha ni lähin messiin kaipa siellä tutustuu lisää muihin oppilaisiin ja toi tuli maksettua jo Marraskuussa. Mikäs siinä jos istuskelis kannella ja chilaxoituis. Toivottavasti ois lämmin ja kaunis kevätsää. Siisti kyllä lähtee, pikkasen ehkäpä rimpsalle ku vappu tuli vedettyä vissyä :D


Salilla keskityin ojentaja ja selkä osastolle elikkästä perus ylätalja hommia...

Ojentajissa tein käsipainoilla lämppärit sitte 10 sarjoi 50 55 60  65 ja 70 kilolla tein 3 sarjaa.
Yläselkää ajeltiin seuraavasti: Lämppäri sitte 10 sarjoin 50 60 70 80 90 kilolla tein sen 3 sarjaa kanssa.
Tuli myös pumpattua takaolkapäät ja vatsat... takaolkapää liikettä en osaa edes selittää miten se tehään :D

Oli muuten siistii kuúlla sellaselta jääkaappi pakastin yhistelmän kokoselta kaverilta että pienessä miehessä on ruutia ku se pyys mut testaa jotain hienoo vatsalihas liikettä, se oli ihan huuli pyöreenä ku en pudotellu sen sarjapainosta ku pykälän pois... Viel ku sais nää saatanan rasvat pois ni oikeesti näyttäsinkin varmaan aika ok:lta... Noh ajan kanssa, paino on nyt pysytelly siinä 93kilon hujakoilla vaikka oon syönyt suht terveellisesti, liikkunu aktiivisesti, puntannu paljon ja dokannu vähän.  


Virheitä on paljon ja en jaksa edes paikata niitä anteeksi... väsyttää!
